Process Development Service

A service to develop etch parameters and custom fixtures for a particular device. This service covers the tooling fee associated with some Monolithic Gaskets (if Monolithic Gasket is required), technician time spent on the application, materials used, etc. Please note that this service does not include any gaskets or fixtures designed for the process. These can be quoted separately if desired.

While it is our intent to land on a perfect etch, this service does not guarantee a perfectly working set of etch parameters. It should be used as a starting guide for you to modify as necessary using your own equipment in your laboratory.
