Preventative Maintenance Visit, Micro Systems Engineering Only
Preventative maintenance visit for JetEtch serial number 377.
Purchase of the above includes one (1) preventative maintenance visit for JetEtch serial number 377, performed by a certified Nisene Technology Group technician at the Micro Systems Engineering facility. Each visit includes a maximum of one day’s (eight work hours) worth of scheduled visit time.
Covered in each visit is the basic maintenance routine as expressed in the included (with system purchase) service manual. Further training and instruction on basic monthly techniques for end user preventative maintenance as time permits may also be included, but is not expressly offered.
Parts not covered under warranty will need to be purchased separately and are not included in this preventative maintenance routine. In the event that the decapsulation system requires a part that the service technician does not have on his person at the time of the preventative maintenance, the system will need to be shipped to the Nisene Technology Group facility at the expense of the customer for further repair. Customer will incur return shipping charges of the system and will be invoiced for the replacement part(s) upon return shipment.
Please allow two to three weeks for scheduling of airline tickets, hotel booking, etc. If faster service is required, please contact Nisene directly after placing the order.
